Shipping Policy

We deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al
Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman and UAQ.

Processing Time
We will try to get your orders delivered to you as quickly as possible! All orders will be fulfilled and delivered within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase, Monday through Friday.  If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be notified via email within 24 hours of placing the order.
We ship through a third-party courier. To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full correct address along with your contact details.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the order value and the delivery location. These will be mentioned on the checkout page.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above the value of AED 699.

Mode of Payment
We currently accept only debit and credit cards for payment. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt.
  
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there are any items missing from your order or you have received damaged, defective or incorrect items, please send us an email at info@buhoboost.com. All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order to allow us to properly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Cancellation
