Return Policy

Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, i.e., you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, sealed, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to be eligible for a return.

To request a return, please contact us at info@buhoboost.com.If your return is accepted, we will arrange for pickup and there will be a return fee of AED 30. Returns must be made in a secure shipping package. Buho Boost will not be responsible for any damage in transit due to improper packaging. Products damaged during transit will not be accepted for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once the returned items have been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be offered the option to choose between a refund or store credit. If you choose for a refund, the order amount, after deducting a 3% bank fee charged by our payment gateway provider, will be credited to your UAE bank account within 30 days. If you choose store credit, you will be issued store credit for the full amount without deducting the 3% bank fee. To issue a refund to a bank account, we will need the following bank account details:
